Why have I not received the delivery?

Sometimes you may receive a confirmation email that the item has been delivered. Please ignore the email as it may be sent to you as soon as the order processing starts. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, the delivery time is less certain. Should your item has not arrived in 10 working days, please contact us with your order number.

Why can’t I return my personalized shirt?

After letters and/or numbers are applied to a shirt, we are unable to exchange or refund it. You cannot resell the shirt since it was customized to your specifications.

My order is being returned to you by the carrier 

Your order may be returned to us for a number of reasons:

  • An incorrect address 
  • A fault with the label
  • Unclaimed on delivery
  • Delivery was refused

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
